my first few days in istanbul: i woke up to the sound of droplets of water from the kitchen faucet, looked out the window and saw the full moon hanging. i don’t know what time of night it was. the next morning, there was rain, and sun, and very briefly, for just a few minutes - this rainbow from the living room.

i’ve been sleeping a lot. waking up late: 9, 10, 11 (very unlike me) - and even though i’m no longer on the islands, i still see fragments of the most beautiful things, everywhere. they are free and abundant. if i see.
