i like to come here to watch the sunset over Emininou — against a skyline of ancient landmarks, a sky filled with seagulls, and ferry boats carrying passengers to Asia — all the elements that give Istanbul its essence, flavor. the bridge is usually filled with fishermen who seem to be there to fish, as well as (I suspect) the performance and social experience of fishing.
