DESIGN YOUR MORNING FLOW

  1. Choose an anchor habit (cue) - something you already do everyday in the morning

  2. Choose 3 habits you’d like to do. If you’re just starting out, choose just 1.

  3. Choose a reward for the completion of your routine (something small and pleasurable you might already do, or make it more special).

  4. Write down the specifics and the duration of each habit

  5. Plan when you need to wake up to do your routine

  6. Plan your new bedtime
